Follow-up Comment #100, bug #47372 (project octave):

Using gdb with octave-gui I find that the last instruction I can execute is
show() at libgui/src/main-window.cc:1113.  This is at the end of


main_window::set_window_layout (QSettings *settings)


This might be because I don't have debug-enabled libraries for Qt.
