Follow-up Comment #34, bug #45659 (project octave):
Just to clarify, both ATLAS and OpenBLAS do have ways to get each of their
versions, but only if you include and compile against their header files.
Their versions are not encoded in the compiled libraries anywhere, so that is
not useful to us the way Octave currently uses those libraries.
