Details:

I was using the GUI last night to run some simple integration examples using
Gaussian Quadrature. I turned off my laptop and turned it back on this
morning. When I turned it on, the GUI could not load the documentation giving
an error

"The info file
\scratch\jwe\mxe-octave\usr\i686-w64-mingw32\share\info\octave.info
or compressed versions do not exist"

...which is weird because I wasn't messing with the GUI or Windows in any way.

Also, when I try to use any Octave function, such as help or trapz, it doesn't
work. It says that those inputs are undefined.
