Follow-up Comment #20, bug #47911 (project octave):

I'm hoping that, as Dan says, there is simply a conditional do disable drawing
of all lines when edgecolor is 'none'.  On the positive side, the edgecolor
attribute is working correctly when the lines are supposed to be drawn.  For
example,


set (h, 'edgecolor', 'r')


does make the lines red.
