Follow-up Comment #20, bug #43036 (project octave):
When I re-installed windows 10 on my PC, I did not install native windows
version of python and sympy. Therefore I cannot test at the moment.
Instead I am building stale branch of octave for windows using mxe-octave. I
will upload it on my personal web site and its url will be sent you via
private mail.
