Follow-up Comment #1:
This is probably due to an old gcc or libc, we don't see these slightly out of
tolerance errors on newer systems. You can try to track down where the
differences in tolerance are appearing, but it's probably not worth it going
forward.
Which version of gcc and is your machine running in i386 or x86_64 mode?
