Details:

The files liboctave/numeric/fEIG.cc and liboctave/array/fMatrix.cc h have
inconsistent definitions of spotrf and cpotrf. The files
liboctave/numeric/EIG.cc and liboctave/array/dMatrix.cc have inconsistent
definitions of dpotrf and zpotrf. A diff is attached.
