Follow-up Comment #12, bug #46385 (project octave):
yes, in Octave Rik's script produces:
>> size(s.a)
ans = 1
as it seems to be appending the first element (4) from s(2).a
It would be interesting to see if fixing size also fixes repmat without
Markus's patch. My initial guess is calling repelem from within repmat would
not be quite as efficient if it wasn't needed.
