Details:

Please, use a \date macro with a determined date in doc/iffspec_ocs.tex. 
Without this, the build of the package in Debian is not reproducible:

https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/octave-ocs.html

For the Debian package 0.1.5-2, we are currently using the patch attached
below, in which the date used is that indicated in the Date field of the
DESCRIPTION file.
