Follow-up Comment #1, bug #48588 (project octave):
I will add a little more context:
I got this behavior with Octave 4.0.0, and restarting both Octave and Windows
did not remove it. I installed version 4.0.3, and the behavior was still
there, as I already described.
In case it matters, I'm running Windows 7, 64-bit. My primary screen
resolution is 2880x1620 (as you can probably guess from the screenshot), but
I've got two other monitors hooked up as well.
