Details:

cannot install 'control' package 
pkg install -forge control, put control-3.0.0.tar.gz file in workspace but
then the process sees no end. 
If you download the gz file and install it complains 

>> pkg install control-3.0.0.tar.gz
For information about changes from previous versions of the control package,
run
'news control'.


>> pkg install -forge control
