Follow-up Comment #1, bug #48932 (project octave):
I'm pretty sure this bug has come up elsewhere--something in which the redraw
of the plot lagged the event causing the redraw by one. You are using 'Qt'
graphics toolkit, correct?
Maybe if you gave a more concrete example and describe details like the
toolkit, environment (e.g., within the GUI), etc. then those of us who have
the development version could test and see if the problem still exists.
