Details:

Just an observation while running the tests on the 4.2.0-rc2 tarball:
* The test of "publish.tst" is NOT run at all. At least I cannot find it in my
fntests.log.
* With the 4.2.0-rc1 tarball, publish.tst was still run. Directly inbetween
nest.tst and args.tst.

I've only noticed this, because the number of failing test due to my buggy
osmesa package (see bug #46675) dropped again from 4 fails (in rc1) to only 2
fails (in rc2).

Is this change intentional between rc1 and rc2? Or does it point to a bigger
problem of silently skipping some tests?
