Details:

Current octave-parallel mercurial (8729d42022c4+ tip) fails on building the
documentation.
My guess is that the XREF to parallel_generate_srp can not be satisfied
because of --disable-srp-authentication

installing package locally ...
octave --no-window-system --silent --eval 'pkg ("install",
"target/parallel-3.1.0.tar.gz")'
configure: WARNING: TLS disabled since symbol gnutls_srp_2048_group_prime not
found in gnutls library - built with --disable-srp-authentication?
../doc/parallel.texi:406: @ref reference to nonexistent node
`XREFparallel_generate_srp_data' (possibly involving @seealso)
