The linear-algebra package hasn't been released in more than a year. The last
release still has gsvd.  Still, I reverted the removal of the function

I can put it back on the unimplemented list. About the other bits left behind,
I only see the exception to the spellchecker. Are you referring to that or am
I missing something else?
