Details:

I installed the actual Release and now a get a failure in xmlread.

error: '__XMLrw_chk_sprt__' undefined near line 62 column 11
error: called from
    xmlread at line 62 column 9

XMLrw_... is in the private folder in the IO pkg and it seems to be not loaded
properly.

bug #49197 and #49095 works with my easy correction, but i don't know why this
error occurs and which changes lead to this error.
