Follow-up Comment #1, bug #49554 (project octave):
Octave also uses such documentation only m-files to document operators and
such, see the discussion in bug #49526, but all the hard work of describing
this class syntax (in the manual [1] and/or in an m-file) remains to be done.
The only Octave resource I know of is [2].
