Follow-up Comment #35, bug #43099 (project octave):
This bug report could be renamed to something like "Non-ASCII characters not
displayed correctly in command window for Windows 7 and earlier" to reflect
the remaining issue.
I guess we can leave it open until someone with Windows 7 seems urged to work
on it.
