Follow-up Comment #19, bug #47617 (project octave):
continuing from comment #18, the VXXI11 OCT variable should probably be set to
nothing like VXI and OBJ is.
Currently, although it detects in configure not to build, it attempts to build
the oct file, but fails as one of the variables (RPCINCLUDE) is set to 'no':
