Details:

With 4.2, `octave --no-gui` under Homebrew in OS X works fine except that
CTRL+C consistently results in a crash, with typical message `panic: Bus
error: 10 -- stopping myself...`

Other combinations such as CTRL+N for a new line and CTRL+Z for backgrounding
seem to work without problem.
