Details:

After installing Octave 4.2.0-w64, I noticed that pressing tab only moved the
cursor by 1 space. 

In Octave GUI I went to edit->Preferences. In the General tab, the Tab Width
was defaulted to 1. I expected this to be 4 like Matlab. It should definitely
be > 1.
