URL: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?49708> Summary: tab width defaults to 1 on Windows 10 Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: themawg Submitted on: Sat 26 Nov 2016 05:57:16 PM GMT Category: Configuration and Build System Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: Incorrect Result Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Brandon Graham Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 4.2.0 Operating System: Microsoft Windows _______________________________________________________ Details: After installing Octave 4.2.0-w64, I noticed that pressing tab only moved the cursor by 1 space. In Octave GUI I went to edit->Preferences. In the General tab, the Tab Width was defaulted to 1. I expected this to be 4 like Matlab. It should definitely be > 1. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?49708> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
