Follow-up Comment #1:

These functions are not implemented in Octave or any Forge packages.

The "corner" function is already listed on the image package wiki page as a
known missing function: http://wiki.octave.org/Image_package

The "undistortImage" function would be part of a computer vision package, but
there is no such package for Octave and no one working on such a package. You
may try looking to see if there are any third-party OpenCV interfaces that
work with Octave.

Closing this bug report because all actionable information is already reported
elsewhere.

If you would like to work on providing these functions to the Octave
community, please do help and submit a function file or patch.
