Follow-up Comment #2, bug #49936 (project octave):

I'm confused with the fix on bug #45458 -- is it the fix to show that the font
cache is building so that user will understand why it's taking so long to
output a figure, or is it the fix to the original problem description where
the screen didn't respond at all anymore which is similar to this bug?
