Follow-up Comment #3, bug #50499 (project octave):

I think this problem is fixed with the current control package sources (from
the hg archive).  But one more fix is needed.  The file src/control.cc should
include control.h.  I'll check in that change as soon as I can remember how to
push a change to the hg archive on source forge...
