Follow-up Comment #2, bug #36957 (project octave):
Redefining default keybinding Ctrl+4 to Ctrl+Shift+0 (normally assigned to
Show/hide Command Window) does not put keyboard input to the edited file.
In fact, I'm unable to enter this shortcut by directly typing it in the Enter
New Shortcut dialog box; I had to manually type Ctrl+Shift+0.
