Follow-up Comment #2, bug #50572 (project octave):
As a work around, I created a link to scintilla wiht a name that
octave familiar with.
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libqscintilla2_qt5.so /usr/lib/libqt5scintilla2.so
By doing that the problem is solved.
is it possible to make octave figure the correct name by itself?
