Follow-up Comment #2, bug #50632 (project octave):
We should discuss an overall strategy for package signing, but I'm not
prepared to start it right now...
The added feature is yet another dangerous thing...
Maybe the -url option should accept, or even require, that the user specifies
a checksum.
