Details:

Steps to reproduce:

Start octave-cli from command line. Set graphics_toolkit("fltk").
Draw anything. Move the plot window. See the content moving outside the window
frame. Screenshot attached.

Configuration:

octave 4.2.1, macports install, Mac OS 10.9.5

Note:

This may be a downstream issue (macports).
