Follow-up Comment #4, bug #49523 (project octave):

I checked that ARPACK gives the zero eigenvector for not converged Ritz
values. I cannot understand the result in Matlab. For non-converged Ritz
values I would return a NaN eigenvector. And I will propose this change to
arpack-ng.
