Follow-up Comment #5, bug #50843 (project octave):

On my boxes (Win7 & Win10 both 64bit) + Octave-4.2.1 / 4.3.0+ (both NSIS
installer types) it also works fine. Even in the terminal Ctrl-C works with
Qt5 builds on Win10 (older build 10240). But see this message:

I'm afraid (but not 100 % sure) it's a Win10 update/upgrade issue. But I'm
reluctant to let Win10 upgrade my boxes, I'll wait a few months until dust has
settled down and we know what functionality/HW got broken by Win10 silent
upgrade policies and what to do about it.
