Details:

With recent changes to dev octave libinterp/corefcn/load-path.h, dicom will no
longer build:



mkoctfile -Wall -I/usr/include/gdcm   -c dicomdict.cpp
dicomdict.cpp: In function ‘void load_dicom_dict(const char*)’:
dicomdict.cpp:267:80: error: cannot call member function
‘std::__cxx11::string load_path::find_file(const string&) const’
without object

resolved_filename=load_path::find_file(std::string(filename)) ;

Makefile:14: recipe for target 'dicomdict.o' failed
