[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #47332] ocs pkg Not Installing

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #47332 (project octave):

Now I installed version Octave4.2.1 in Microsoft windows 7, I loaded the ocs
package, it appeared the some warnings. Then the ocs and odepkg packages are
loaded in octave. But command's help functions are not running, and its
appeared error.
Example: Error in ocs package function of octave
>> help prs_spice
error: help: 'prs_spice' not found
