Follow-up Comment #33, bug #51203 (project octave):
I cannot reproduce this here. But I cannot read Russian, so I might have
gotten some steps wrong. Can you please provide easy steps in English if
possible with the code you are running and what warning/errors you see in a
new bug report.
Please, keep this report dedicated to the Unicode issue with xlswrite.
