Details:

While Using Octave GUI, the command line will irregularly add what appears to
be a new line to the current line. In practice, the current command being
typed is continued onto this "new line" while there really isn't a new line
being added. The only functionality this impedes is moving from the "new line"
to what was already typed; the user is limited to edit what is on the "new
line" and cannot change the current command without starting over. The
attached file is an example of what is occurring to the best ability of a
screenshot to capture.
