Details:
In 3-D plot, after either
view(azimut, 90)
or
view (2)
or rotating with the mouse, calling
limits=axis,
returns a 4 element vector [x_lo x_hi y_lo y_hi]
instead a 6 element vector [x_lo x_hi y_lo y_hi z_lo z_hi]
