Follow-up Comment #2, bug #51490 (project octave):
Maybe you have misunderstood my request.
I didn't mean to implement all those functions or package.
I mean the feature to 'Create System Object' as descriped in this page:
https://cn.mathworks.com/help/matlab/create-system-objects.html
And the page I linked before in the original submission was just a example to
show the speed accelection to use system objects, not meaning that we have to
implement them in Octave.
