[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #51553] New unused function warning during build for prepend_octave_home()

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #51553 (project octave):

The shared-fcns.h file duplicates a few functions from liboctave or libinterp
so that we don't have to link the main programs with those libraries.  The
function that triggers the warning is used by one of the main programs but not
by the cli version.  I checked in the following changeset:
