Follow-up Comment #29, bug #51631 (project octave):

I am still getting very frequent intermittent test failures like this on the
Debian buildbot which runs 'make check' under Xvfb. Around 10 out of the last
50 builds, over about a period of a week, all after this change, failed on
this test:

Is there anything we can do to make the build system and test suite more
reliable on a headless build system?
