[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #51830] uname nodename sometimes gives "localhost" instead of pc name

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #51830 (project octave):

Of course, since reporting the bug, I haven't been able to get the 'localhost'
 response, but I had waited to report it until both machines were giving
'localhost'. Both machines are on 4.2.1. 
I do see 'uname not supported on this system' for the msg return argument when
it is successful.
