Hi John,

Thank you so much for responding. It is a Dell laptop and the display adapter
is:

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200

I recently up graded to Java 8, update 65 so I removed that but still hangs.
Also recently upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. No option to go back one
version I can find. If you think that could be it I will just uninstall the
whole thing.
