Follow-up Comment #1:

Changing warning IDs causes trouble for existing code that uses the IDs
explicitly, so I'd rather not do that unless there is an overwhelming reason
to do so.

The name might not be great, but it doesn't seem terrible to me.  I think the
reason I chose the word "possible" is because you can't tell that the operator
will short-circuit just from the syntax and this warning-id was originally
used in a warning that was issued during parsing, not evaluation.
