Follow-up Comment #6, bug #51398 (project octave):
Until now have an announcement.
Octave 4.2.1 never listed or updated the pkg list, and I have not a clue of
what's going on. Maxima can't run too, which make me think that Microsoft has
changed something to forbid the execution of something, that I suposose are
the bat and cmd files.
You don't need to change the status, because as you say, "It works for me",
that I supose it means you, but not me.
