Avinoam, have you ever been able to build mxe-octave with fully functional
solvers based on sundials?
As far as I can remember, in my mxe_octave builds I've always got 48 and 39
FAILs due to "missing feature" when ode15i & ode15s came by:

  ode\ode15i.m ................................................ PASS      0/0
                                                (missing feature) SKIP   48
  ode\ode15s.m ................................................ PASS      0/0
                                                (missing feature) SKIP   39

I didn't report as AFAIR this was a "known" fail: the mxe-octave builds went
fine in spite of this missing feature, and I'd expect the cross-builds to fail
if some required dependency couldn't be built.
