Follow-up Comment #6, bug #51574 (project octave):

Hi everyone,

I am now working to make the default branch compile with LLVM 3.8 (instead of
the stable branch).

Still lot of work to do, but I have reached a state where I can get the same
results as in Comment #5 but on the default branch.

Please find attached a first tiny patch that can be applied on default.
