Follow-up Comment #3, bug #52376 (project octave):

For me, the y-axis limits are as requested in Matlab R2016a. I cannot see
y=10. However, the minor grid lines at 2,3,4,5,6 are drawn by Matlab. Those
are omitted by Octave.

I'll try to have a look at this during the weekend.
