Details:

When executing command:
(1:100)'

I can scroll up the command window, while 'more' is not finished.
When it is finished, I can't scroll up anymore.

Another strange this is this:
The command window seems to have some sort of line buffer,
I can scroll down, into the space where nothing has ever been printed (what's
the use for this?), but I can't scroll up.

It seems the algorithm which checks where the cursor is, and keeps it in view,
is wrong.
