[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #51403] isequal is slow

Follow-up Comment #9, bug #51403 (project octave):

I fixed the bug mentioned in comment #8 and promoted the algorithm from
__isequal__ directly in to the files isequal.m and isequaln.m
(http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/1262d7c4712e).  This shaves
another 10% off the run time.
