Follow-up Comment #1, bug #52583 (project octave):
Looks like you don't have write permission to some place where __makeinfo__
wants to create a temporary file. Or that disk is full.
Are you running Octave on a company or uni network or just on your private
computer?
What operating system / Windows version?
If you open a cmd window and type "SET" (w/o quotes), what are the values for
TEMP and TMP?
Alternatively, in Octave do
getenv ("TEMP")
-and-
getenv ("TMP")
and report back the results.
