Follow-up Comment #4, bug #52496 (project octave):
I have this problem too. I noticed also that I can use the scroll bar to
scroll up and briefly see text above what's shown, but it jumps back to the
bottom persistently. I have to keep dragging it to have it jump to the right
location for a brief second, but as soon as I stop it jumps back down. I can't
say when it started, because it certainly used to be able to scroll up.
