Details:

There are a few things that would help in the Manual:
1. The GNU General Public License is somewhat out-of-date.
   The current one, as of today, in texinfo format is 
   attached.
2. All of the plots have extraneous vertical bars on both
   sides. This is likely a bounding box issue. These lines
   were not present in older versions of the Manual.
3. histogram plot Fig. 15.2 still looks badly drawn and
   unlike what is rendered on the screen. This problem
   has been known for quite a while, but I do not think
   that there is another bug report about it. Rik knows
   what the problem is (I think...).

Despite this, the Manual as it is should be good enough for
the coming release except maybe updating the GNU license.
